Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24hrs in advance. Cancellations made within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment will incur a forfeit of the non refundable $50 deposit.

Deposit

All services require a $50 deposit at time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable however, it may be transferred to another date/time if needing to reschedule or adjust appointment as long as it follows our cancellation guidelines.

No Shows

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full price of the service and will not be able to schedule another service until account is paid in full.

Emergencies

We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an emergency, please reach out to the clinic prior to your appointment to discuss your situation.

Refunds

No refunds will be given under any circumstance. If you are dissatisfied with any part of your visit or service, please reach out to us so we can make it right!
