Health Consultation - $40
Brief virtual health consultation with a provider also known as a Good Faith Exam. This consultation is required in order to receive services and must be renewed annually.

Myers Cocktail - $299 Comprised of essential multivitamins and other nutrients, this cocktail premix is designed to help alleviate chronic symptoms, including ongoing pain, asthma and more. This is your "all-in-one banana bag".
NAD+ - $349+ - Essential for energy production, enhancing mental clarity, athletic endurance and overall vitality by boosting mitochondrial function and reducing fatigue. Standard 250mg dose takes approximately 1-2hrs of infusion time. Additional dose available at $499 and requires a longer infusion time of 2-4 hours depending on symptom management.
*An Additional IV Bag may be added to any drip for extra hydration at $50. Please expect additional service time of 30-60min.

Mobile Concierge Service
An additional cost of $50 is required for mobile appointments up to a 20mi radius of downtown FXBG to account for travel expenses and extended time of service provider. Please call for anything outside of this radius. We are willing to work with anybody in the DC-metro to Richmond area!
